Deploying Planet Technology’s 100G Core and PoE Switches
In a multi-phase project spanning 12 months, ProVAD and implementation partner Pharaonx executed a high-speed, scalable infrastructure overhaul for one of Egypt’s top enterprise organizations.
The deployment featured Planet’s cutting-edge XGS-6350-48X2Q4C switch, the first of its kind implemented in Egypt, alongside a 100G core and robust PoE-powered access layers distributed across multiple sites.
The solution dramatically enhanced network speed, capacity, and power efficiency—enabling the client to scale operations securely and seamlessly. The entire rollout was handled by certified Planet engineers, ensuring performance excellence and long-term stability.
