Opening Positions

  • Generating new leads from multiple sources (online, social media, old databases, etc.).
  • Present company profile includes our products and services through cold calls.
  • Initiating telemarketing campaigns for specific products to existing customers or new prospects.
  • Use telemarketing scripts during cold calls and product specific campaigns.
  • Filter and nurturing customers and leads database.
  • Initiating customers survey when needed.
  • Achieving set targets for calls, new contacts, and new leads.
  • Answering incoming calls and route calls to the responsible person.
  • Daily and accurately updating all activities and adding new data to the ERP.
  • Presales Engineers are key members for sales teams to drive multiple customer opportunities in parallel by partnering with the sales team to conduct business and technical discovery with customers.
  • Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for the customer.
  • Acting as trusted technical advisor for our customers regarding the products you are responsible for (listed below).
  • Responsible for Technical Pre-Sales design for products you are responsible for. This includes defining solution hardware, licenses, professional services budgets, and services. In addition to Leading bids, organizing activities to ensure timely bid submission to meet agreed deadlines.
  • Provides technical authority for submitted quotations/offers.
  • Attending customers meeting with the sales team to gather requirements and/or present the product.
  • Prepare and deliver effective presentations to customers to highlight solution detail and business benefit and help close deals.
  • Build custom demos and deliver Proof of Concepts.
  • Prepare and deliver sales training for the sales team to increase their awareness and knowledge of the product.
  • Being aware of competitive products/solutions to be able to convince customers with the products we propose.
  • Manage communication with Distributor/Vendor presales team when needed.
  • Building a healthy active network of partners that help achieve vendor’s targets.
  • Plan and set loyalty program for our partners.
  • Plan and set partner program for products who do not have global partner program.
  • Helping in the implementation and execution of the Sales Plan.
  • Being responsible for partner’s awareness and readiness for the products we sell.
  • Generate and maintain a credible forecast and pipeline for partners and provide this information on a regular basis to Senior Management.
  • Responsible for VoIP products sales Annually and quarterly revenue, Profit & Loss, partners payment collections & stock liquidation.
  • Responsible for VoIP vendors relations, business plans & stock orders.
  • Responsible for ProVAD VoIP partners registration, expansion & categorization.
  • Delivering sales presentations to our partners.
  • Attending partner’s meetings.
  • Preparing sales quotations for partners.
  • Updating all work activities on our ERP.
  • Working as a Product Manager for Unified Communications and VoIP products.
  • Communicate with the vendors.
  • Communicate with the distributors/suppliers.
  • Answering sales team requests for the responsible products, including getting quotations from distributors, adding margins, and sending quotations to the sales.
  • Preparing and regularly updating a pipeline for each product.
  • Plan and suggest setting up an incentive plan for the sales team to increase the revenue of a specific product.
  • Achieving Products targets as set from the vendor.
