- Generating new leads from multiple sources (online, social media, old databases, etc.).
- Present company profile includes our products and services through cold calls.
- Initiating telemarketing campaigns for specific products to existing customers or new prospects.
- Use telemarketing scripts during cold calls and product specific campaigns.
- Filter and nurturing customers and leads database.
- Initiating customers survey when needed.
- Achieving set targets for calls, new contacts, and new leads.
- Answering incoming calls and route calls to the responsible person.
- Daily and accurately updating all activities and adding new data to the ERP.
